The price includes a cot and high chair if required. The bed linen and towels are changed weekly, also a weekly basic cleaning is done on request. At least 7 nights, from Saturday to Saturday.

September 2024 – October 2024 € 595,- / night (for up to 7 persons = € 85,- per person) 3 double rooms plus 7th bed in the winter garden, incl. seminar equipment if required, incl. final cleaning.
November 2024 – April 2025 € 485,- / night (for up to 7 persons = € 70,- per person) 3 double rooms plus 7th bed in the winter garden, incl. seminar equipment if required, incl. final cleaning.
May 2025 – June 2025 € 595,- / night (for up to 7 persons = € 85,- per person) 3 double rooms plus 7th bed in the winter garden, incl. seminar equipment if required, incl. final cleaning.

Final cleaning and intermediate cleaning are included in the price.
The “Ecotasa” (tourist-tax) is paid in cash on site.
A deposit of € 500,- is required for the duration of the stay. Dogs are unfortunately not possible.
